Does Akua deliver worldwide?

We currently ship to Canada, the US, and Bermuda but will be shipping worldwide shortly!

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We cannot ship to PO boxes or hotels.

Where does Akua ship from?

We ship from Kelowna, BC.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on location. We offer free express shipping on orders over $250 CAD.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped, your email confirmation will include a tracking number to ensure that you can track your parcel right up until it arrives.

What if my package is lost?

For all lost packages, please email support@akuaswim.Com with order information. All lost packages are taken on a case-by-case basis.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

What is your return policy?

We want you to adore your Akua pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Please read more about returns & exchanges at the bottom of this page.

We want you to love your akua pieces. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item/s for an alternate style, color or size.

Do I pay for returns/exchanges?

On orders over $250 in canada or the us, we provide complimentary return shipping.

Orders under $250 are subject to return shipping costs, deducted from the store credit, and we will cover the cost of your exchanged item.

Return Packaging

Our boxes are designed for reuse. We encourage you to ship items back using the original akua packaging the order was delivered in. Item(s) being returned or exchanged must include tags and be unworn.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

For orders over $250 within canada and the us, we provide free express shipping. And complimentary return shipping, which results in store credit upon return. Additionally, exchanges for orders over $250 receive free shipping.

Orders under $250 cad are subject to return shipping costs, deducted from the store credit. However, we will issue a return label for your convenience. For exchanges, customers must cover the return shipping costs and provide a photo of the tracking & receipt. Once the items are received, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange label.

Sale Items

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. All styles within the ‘sale’ tab are considered ‘sale’.

Exchanges

We want you to love your akua pieces. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item/s for an alternate style or size. Return shipping must be covered by you, exchanges are shipped to you free of charge, on your first exchange per order. Item(s) being exchanged must include tags and be unworn.

Brand New Condition

All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered
Will not be accepted.
